Hello, fellow Vanguards!
BloodZone: Armageddon - Preparing for a Massive Update!
We've been hard at work behind the scenes, integrating the MFPS 1.10 framework from Lovatto to bring you a significantly improved BloodZone experience. This update is all about polishing the core gameplay and getting things running as smoothly as possible.
We've listened closely to all your feedback and have been making substantial changes:
AI Enhancements: We're leveraging the new framework to make our AI smarter and more challenging. You'll notice a marked improvement in how they react and fight on the battlefield.
Player Arms Remodeled: Your in-game presence will feel more immersive with our new, redesigned player arm models.
Weapon Adjustments & Removals: To ensure a balanced and focused experience, some weapons have been temporarily removed, while accuracy for existing firearms like the M4A1 and MP5 has been finely tuned. We've also added exciting new firepower with the Colt.
Level Cap Adjusted: For now, player levels have been scaled down to 80 as we refine the progression system.
Game Mode Streamlining: We've temporarily removed certain game modes, including Elimination and Kill Confirmed, to focus on perfecting the core experience.
New Maps & Overhauls: Get ready to battle on the brand-new Sanctuary and Epoch 5 maps. Blackout has been finished, and Deserted has received a complete overhaul with new looks and sounds. All maps have also undergone huge optimization, resulting in much smoother performance and significantly fewer FPS drops.
Lighting & Night Vision: We've ironed out lighting issues across all maps, and Night Vision is now fixed and integrated into darker maps, offering a new tactical layer to night-time engagements.
User Interface Overhaul: Expect a much better UI experience, including significant improvements to the Login Screen and subtle refinements to the Main Menu.
Music and Sounds: The overall music and sound effects have been enhanced, immersing you deeper into the action. We've also added new player overhead text for better clarity.
We're still working diligently on a few areas, such as perfecting the Training Map (and are currently evaluating its necessity for launch). We're also aware that some modes, like Conquest, still require actual players for full functionality until we can finalize AI control point logic.

Rest assured, this massive update won't be released until we're confident the game is polished and ready for you to enjoy. Thank you for your continued patience and support as we prepare to unleash the ultimate BloodZone experience!
