Balance Adjustments

1. Revised level restriction rules: Trail ≤ 4, Journey ≤ 6 When exceeding the level cap, you may continue exploring within a certain range with no reduced rewards. However, boss battles will be locked, and over-leveled characters will earn zero experience.

3. Blazing Tiger Banner: +18% Fear Chance Set Bonus: Successfully inflicting Fear on a target reduces their Fear Resistance by 20% for 3 turns.
