Hotfix #4.1: Stun and burn ascending

Fixed bug when RUIN found simultaneous with HINT appearing. Now the RUIN MENU is correctly shown and interactive. The HINT is shown afterwards.

Increased number of sound channels. More sounds = better.

Upgraded to pygame 2.5.5.

Fixed text in TOWER MENU not fully rendered.

TOWER MENU no longer closes when you scroll.

Fixed bug where RUINS moved after they were destroyed.

New RUIN: FLAME which grants 10x BURN DAMAGE.

RUIN: WHEEL now also grants 5x STUN TIME.

ECONOMIC VICTORY now scales with scrap bought instead of credit sold. This is much more favourable.

NETWORK EFFECTS does twice as much damage.

FIRESTARTER is also twice as good now.

BLOODLETTING, however, NO LONGER WORKS ON BOSSES. This because it was trivialising bosses a bit much.
