Hotfix #3.1: Planned economy

TRADING POST overhaul:

• Removed the commission fee: it was quite complex and surprisingly unpopular

• Instead you can now trade X times per wave, with X starting at 1

• FIXING PRIZES is removed

• SMOOTH TRANSACTIONS now increases the number of trades, to a maximum of 10

• BULK BUYING now only increases the total volume of trades by a maximum of 10 instead of 50

• ECONOMIC VICTORY only grants 0.2% damage per credit sold (but on the upside, with the right perks and wave rewards, its max damage output has in the new system been increased to 37x damage)

UTOPIA achievement now (really) requires 3000 tiles of city sprawl

SHRAPNEL BLAST, MONEY SHOT and GROWING PAINS show correct current damage in shop menu

WISDOM OF WEALTH no longer overlaps with another perk at IH -1

SPEED LIMIT now twice as slow
