V1.1.6 Update

1. Fixed the issue where building docks and tunnels in blueprint status still triggers path calculation.
2. Significantly optimized the computing performance after building docks and tunnels, eliminating lags and potential computer crashes.
3. In the save game window, the display of auto - save has been hidden. Auto - save is only used for the auto - save function to overwrite, and cannot be manually overwritten.
4. Clicking on an already - built office area no longer defaults to showing the land price information layer.
