Greetings, Lords and Ladies.
This is the Game of Thrones: Kingsroad team.
First and foremost, we extend our sincerest gratitude to each and every one of our players who cherishes and plays Game of Thrones: Kingsroad. Your passion for the game means the world to us.
After the recent changes to the Artifact Expedition system, we received a lot of thoughtful feedback from players who participated during Early Access. We’ve taken the time to carefully review those concerns—and we fully understand the frustration many of them felt about the difference between the old and new systems.
We understand the time and effort that was invested under the previous system, and we want to ensure that our dedicated early players don’t feel disadvantaged by the new one. To that end, we will be distributing additional compensation, carefully calculated based on the standards of the revamped system.
Please refer to the details below.
☑️ Compensation Details
🔹Compensation will be calculated based on each player’s use of Artifact Expedition carriages prior to the update that introduced the improvements (guaranteed rewards upon accumulating a certain number), with the amount determined according to the standards of the revamped system.
✔️ Compensation: Legendary Artifact Random Chest x (quantity will vary per eligible player)
✔️ Distribution Schedule: Sequentially distributed after June 12
We understand that system changes like this can raise concerns — especially for those who’ve been with us since the beginning. Your feedback has been incredibly important in helping us fine-tune the experience.
Thank you again for being part of this journey with us. We'll keep working hard to make Kingsroad the experience you deserve.
