Added Endless mode visuals.
Added controller scrolling and thumbstick navigation to the deck content screen and Rest night remove/upgrade screens.
Fixed Bugs
Fixed controller can’t show deck during rest nights.
Fixed controller can skip card reward screen when the tutorial is visible.
Fixed misaligned controller prompt in Boss reward upgrade screen.
Fixed back button recreating the profile if you delete the last loaded one in the Profiles screen.
Fixed controller select button still returning to the main menu when the Glossary is shown.
Fixed opening the Glossary with controller also skips a turn.
Fixed controller not opening settings when opening the pause menu during the night X ends screen.
Fixed text overflow of some German translations in the Rest nights.
