Minor under-the-hood-only code tweek to English language paid version.
Paid versions in non-English languages get MINI-DUEL mode and a few visual improvements from the free version now, but not updates to the RULES panels (until I translate, format and create them). For now, the paid non-English versions will have the same features as the paid English version, but the 5 x 4 mode and MINI-DUEL mode will not be mentioned in the RULES - they'll be a "pleasant added surprise" for now.
