The 70 year anniversary of the victory over the Third Reich by the allied forces, is near. In honor of this momentous event, we decided to release a free DLC with a multiplayer mission "Battle for Berlin". In this mode you will be able to play either as a Red Army officer and assault the heart of the Third Reich or as a Wehrmacht commander, trying to hold back the Red Army offensive.

The reconstruction mission is a multiplayer game. The game supports player sessions from 1x1 to 4x4. When an unequal team count occurs, the game compensates for the missing team’s units by placing them under the control of the AI.

To start a historical reconstruction mission, you need to install the free DLC from the library page of the store.

(We did not include the reconstruction of the content from the base game, bearing in mind large additions. The DLC contains the resources of the Second World War - we hope mod makers will tell us your thoughts on this content, and thank you for it in advance. This package makes it possible to create mods for the game - Battle of Empires based on the Second World war.)
For easy starting of the multiplayer Battle for Berlin historical reconstruction, we have created a separate launcher, which automatically connect all the necessary packages for the game to run.
Run “Battle of Berlin” as follows:

Pay attention!
When you run “Battle of Berlin”, the packages related to the base game: Battle of Empires, are automatically disabled, but they are still available to you. The game automatically connects them when you connect to any session with the game on the original resource for game “Battle of Empires”, or start the game from any actual game saves from "Battle of the Empires/
