UI: Little organization of topbar

Small update:

• Moved settings stuff to a proper "Settings" window. (always on top, sound etc)
• Settings changes persist between sessions (saved locally)
• Moved blueprint buttons to the topbar
• Fixed a message bug when saving as saveas.
