We would like to start by thanking you for your continued support of Dead Metro and for your patience as we work on updates. We apologize for the delay in this latest update; our team has dedicated a lot of time to adding interiors to various buildings. These new areas will provide safe spaces where you can catch your breath after encountering the many infected. They are designed to be a haven for you to prepare and strategize before facing the infected once more.
Interiors
The new lootable interiors introduced in this update give you ample time to gather resources before returning to the action. While these areas may be safe from the infected, they are not guaranteed to be safe from other players. Always remain vigilant when exploring these spaces in search of valuable resources.

Loot
We have introduced new items in Dead Metro to enhance your resource collection experience.
Sound
We have enhanced the sound effects of regular infected to make them sound more realistic. However, the louder sounds may occasionally annoy players. This feature is still being refined.
Explorer’s Luck
We have made adjustments to the loot drop rates as a first step toward balancing the game. Please note that this system is still a work in progress and may require further refinement in the future. At the moment, the drop rates might feel inconsistent because of the complexity involved in balancing item probabilities.
We are dedicated to improving this feature to ensure it enhances your gameplay experience.
Scrap Trade
You can now exchange scrap for essential starter items such as resources, water, and food, particularly in regions where resources are limited.

Resource Chopping
You can now collect basic materials, such as wood and metal, on the city map.

Melee Box
We’ve improved melee weapon crates. These crates, containing melee weapons, can now be found in Radwall.
