Dear Mahjong Player,
Thank you for your enthusiastic support of Amatsuki Mahjong!
After verification, it was confirmed that the instability of the cloud server provider's service led to a certain probability of abnormal status when players enter the game. The game engineers have urgently replaced the connection line at 20:30 (UTC+8) on January 20 (Monday), and the situation has been largely rectified. Compensation has been sent for this maintenance, and all players can check it in the "Mail".
If you still continue to experience unstable login after re-login, please report your situation to customer service, and the operation team will make adjustments as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
As a token of gratitude for your patience and support during this emergency maintenance, we are offering the following compensation, which can be claimed via in-game mail after logging in:
Maintenance Compensation:
Fatebind Voucher x 5
Special Gift Box x 2
Thank you again for your support and understanding. May your games be filled with victory!
