Another little batch of bug fixes, and sprite cleanups! I also added a sign to the Fishing Minigame to let you see your best caught fish!
Patch Notes:

- Added a sign to Thymesink beach that lets you see your biggest fishing catch highscore
- Fixed some issues with Mulligans hat wearing fishing sprite
- Fixed an issue that would cause the wrong fishing rod sprite to be used when fishing at Thymesink Beach
- Cleaned up some rogue pixels on the npc character sheets
- Gave Flazier a custom animation when opened in a pack, and made the sound effect less jarring
