Regarding the Ladder matching, some players sincerely suggested that we add the ELO mechanism to prevent players from being able to reach a higher rank just by playing more games on the Ladder. Thank you for these suggestions. In fact, our game does have a similar mechanism, but we haven't exposed it transparently. It can be understood that each player has a hidden strength score, which will be continuously updated according to the ranking of each game. We will try our best to match opponents with similar scores together. The reason for this misunderstanding is that when faced with the fundamental conflict between matching as many players with similar scores as possible and not wanting the matching waiting time to be too long, we have given more preference to avoiding a long matching waiting time. Therefore, to ensure this, in some cases, AI will be added when there are really not enough players. However, we also realize that there is indeed some room for optimization in this regard. For example, the matching waiting time for high-rank players might be appropriately extended to ensure that there are more real and suitable opponents. We have already been considering this aspect, and please also tell us how long you can tolerate the matching waiting time at most.
