Enhanced Host Rules in Editor
Each host condition now supports multiple selection rules, so you can have greater control over how competition hosts are chosen.
Previously, you could define only one shared criterion for all hosts in a condition. For example, the 2 AFC + 1 OFC condition required all three hosts to meet the same minimum Elo rating of 1600. This made it impossible to set different requirements for each confederation.
With the new rule system, you can use a lower threshold for OFC hosts -- for example, a minimum Elo rating of 1450 -- because OFC teams are weaker generally.
Each rule can now specify the number of hosts to select and use its own criteria. For example, you can create one rule to select two AFC hosts with a minimum Elo rating of 1600:
And then another rule to select one OFC host with a minimum Elo rating of 1450.
This rule section can also allow you to select very specific teams within a confederation, like if you have a "Two AFC" host condition and you want to have one host from the Middle East and one from East Asia, you can set up two rules to query each host accordingly.
Standings
Added a new standings view grouped by the home nation of each club. This view is available only in competitions featuring clubs from multiple nations, such as the European Club League A.
Women Intercontinental Cup
Updated the competition format, removed the qualifiers, and fixed a bug that could prevent the competition from working correctly.
2026 World Cup Finals
Moved the competition to the Add-on section.
Misc.
If you started a new save in the last two days, please check that Guam, the US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico are assigned to the correct confederations (AFC or CONCACAF). Recent updates to the North American Continental League may have accidentally changed their confederations to "NA America states".
