🚀 Major Game Update: Expanding the World, Deepening the Strategy!
Hey everyone,
We’ve been hard at work behind the scenes, and today we’re thrilled to say a massive update that will bring new depth, polish, and possibilities to your gameplay experience. Let’s dive into what’s going to be new:
🌍 Resources & Commodities — A New Layer of Strategy
We’ve introduced Resource and Commodity items across the World Map and in Stores. These can now be found or purchased, and they’re key to our new card fusion system. That’s right—players can now combine items to upgrade and enhance their existing cards, unlocking powerful new synergies and tactical flexibility.
🗺️ UI & World Map Enhancements
The UI has been refined to give you a fuller, more immersive view of the world map.
Events and outcomes now auto-save, meaning every decision counts. You’ll encounter once-off events where opportunities can be seized—or lost forever. Choose wisely.
🃏 Card System Overhaul
We’ve expanded the branching structure of the card framework, introducing new paths and progression logic.
Card weighting has been rebalanced, and requirements for higher-level cards have been fine-tuned for a more rewarding climb.
Single Player mode now features 50 new cards, giving you more variety and strategic options. Note: the number of levels has been reduced to streamline progression and reflect the new structure.
🔧 Backend Migration — Underway!
We’re currently 20% through a major backend migration. The data volume is substantial, and we’re actively testing the migrated content in-game to ensure stability and performance. This is a big step toward future scalability and smoother updates.
🔊 Audio & Dialogue — A Richer Soundscape
New music tracks have been added to elevate the mood and atmosphere.
Dialogue and SFX now accompany events on the world map and town maps, adding emotional weight and narrative texture.
Work has begun on a sound options menu, giving players more control over their audio experience.
This update marks a major milestone in our journey, and we’re just getting started. Thank you for being part of this evolving world—we can’t wait to hear what you think and see how you play.
Stay sharp, stay curious,
