Extrajudicial Memory Leak Fix; 'Long Reach' Card Fix (12/19/2024)

Fixed an issue where Extrajudicial's Ultimate was creating too many explosions that would cause extreme slowdown.
'Long Reach' Red Card now correctly gives +20% to Melee Size, 20% to Projectile Range and +20% to all Core Weapon damage.
The hitpoints of the barrels from 'Burner Phone' have been brought down.
