As you may have already noticed, the 1.2.0 update is really huge.
Along with new game modes and mechanics, as well as increased player activity, an issue has occurred: in the evening, the game may freeze and matchmaking may take longer than usual.
We assure you that we’ve been monitoring the situation since it first appeared. However, the issue is complex and requires more time to investigate and fix than we initially thought. We know that crashes in the evening are the most frustrating, and we work hard to fix the issue.
Thanks for your patience and support. We’ve decided to prolong the Back into the Fray event until October 22 and also prepared a compensation:
• Y433Q8X4 promo code for all players: 1,000 Reinforcement event Tokens, a Weapon Container, an Army Surplus Container, 50,000 Credits, and 3 Days of Premium.
• M4GVL2G4 promo code for new players (accounts registered on September 15 or later): 500 Reinforcement event Tokens, a Weapon Container, an Army Surplus Container, and 1 Day of Premium.
The promo codes are available until October 14. You can activate them here: https://playcaliber.com/en/account/promo_codes/
P.S. At this critical moment, our 2D artist went on vacation, but we managed without him and created a picture for this post ourselves.
