"Hello, everyone! We’re thrilled to share how the universe of Our Home has grown over the past months. We’ve worked hard to ensure your experience is richer, more engaging, and unforgettable. Here are the highlights:"
More Story to Explore
Since we announced our Wishlist, we’ve added over 90 minutes of additional gameplay, focusing on new content for the main story. These expansions delve into the mysteries of Norah’s past and present, while Samantha’s investigations uncover deep connections — with our hero at the center of it all.
As development continues, we’ve added over 1,700 new renders, designed to create exciting, detailed, and meaningful scenes. Additionally, we’ve included secret renders for those who love exploring every corner of the game.
New Characters and Dynamics
As the story progresses, you’ll encounter new faces that bring emotional depth and unexpected intrigue:
- Alexandra Blanchett The university dean is a standout figure. Her cunning actions make her an essential ally in Norah’s plans, but she has her own agenda: to manipulate Samantha’s investigation (and more) while steering the protagonist’s path. We’re excited to see how her role unfolds!
- Karol Young, introspective, and burdened by a painful past, Karol brings a new layer of emotion to the orphanage and beyond. Initially subtle, her presence becomes increasingly crucial as the story develops.
These characters, alongside the main cast, create an environment where every decision matters and every relationship hides secrets waiting to be uncovered.
Optimization and Polish
In addition to expanding content, we’ve made significant strides in game optimization. We reduced the total file size without compromising render quality. Minor bugs have been fixed, ensuring the Early Access experience is smoother and more polished.
Prologue Revision
Our commitment to quality extends to the prologue rework. We’re revisiting and expanding the opening to offer a clearer, more engaging experience for both new and veteran players.
This rework is progressing slowly, as we always prioritize creating new content. When it’s ready, we’ll ensure you can explore the changes without affecting your current progress in the game. We aim to have a significant portion of this rework ready for the first Early Access release.
