Welcome back to the The New Years' Games! Last week we had you speed diving, and while we didn't get many entrants, those brave enough to venture forward (and patient enough to deal with our many balance/bug problems which your videos helped us identify, thank you guys so much!) did pull through with some pretty awesome run-times. But only one team was the fastest....

Thanks once again to all of the entrants for participating, and for detailing their troubles in their many failed attempts. Speed-running is one of the most sure-fire ways to catch new bugs and balance problems, so we thank you all for supplying us with valuable information going forward! (And we managed to patch one of the more extreme bugs recently, so let us know if y'all end up in a blank ocean void again.)
Week 3: Artsy Fartsy!
This week's contest is all about stretching those creative muscles once more to craft some fabulous works of We Need To Go Deeper inspired art, of both the visual and wordy variety.
The theme is rather open this time, as to allow for a wide variety of submissions. All we ask is that you showcase your love (or frustration) with your We Need To Go Deeper experiences through the lens of a creator. You can draw, paint, pixel-art, or write your work of art however you like! There are no rules in art, man. EXCEPT THESE ONES.
Rules
ATTENTION: YOU MUST FOLLOW ALL OF THESE RULES TO QUALIFY.
1. Draw or Write a We Need To Go Deeper inspired piece of art or fiction. (or do both!)
2. Upload your art to the WNTGD Steam Community Hub: (Click the big "Upload Your Art" button in the upper right corner and select a file.)

4. Your work must be your own. That means no plagiarism, lifting/photoshopping other pieces of art, infringing on other people's copywritten works, etc.
5. You may only have ONE entry for each category (visual art and fiction).
Winners and Prizes
1st Place in Visual Art: The creator of our favorite art piece, whether it be the most dazzling or simply the most entertaining (so no, you don't need to be the most amazing artist to compete if you have a good sense of humor), will be awarded an extra copy of We Need To Go Deeper!
1st Place in Fiction: The creator of our favorite work of fiction based on overall entertainment value will also be awarded an extra copy of We Need To Go Deeper!
