Dear Managers,
We are entering the month of December, a month filled with the warmth of holiday lights and festive spirit. Whether you celebrate Christmas or not, it is the perfect time to enjoy a cozy French breakfast, a warm hot chocolate and the gentle glow of seasonal decorations inside your brasserie.
But before you can enjoy the festive atmosphere, you will need to get your hands in the dough. A brand new Bakery Workshop has been built in the redesigned cellar, and it is time to prepare fresh pastries, assemble breakfast plates and get ready for the morning rush.
To celebrate this month of joy and affection, Parisian Brasserie Simulator will stay 20 percent off throughout December.
🥐Breakfast Service and the New Bakery Workshop
Breakfast is now fully implemented.
From 6 AM to 11 AM, customers will order freshly made breakfast items. These dishes must be prepared by the you, but employees can serve them once ready.
A new Bakery Workshop has been built in the redesigned cellar, featuring dedicated bakery equipment:
- A dough kneader to prepare raw pastry dough
- A bakery oven used to bake pastries
- Bakery Plates on which you can place raw pastries, baked pastries or finished breakfast plates
- Fridges to store raw dough, baked pastries or fully assembled breakfast plates
- Wheeled racks used to store and transport breakfast plates anywhere in the restaurant for quick access
The bread basket system has also been reworked. You must now bake baguettes in the bakery oven to refill the bread baskets on the ground floor and first floor bars.
From 6 AM to 11 AM, customers will order:
- Croissants
- Pain au chocolat
- Bread with butter and jam
- Hot chocolate, tea or coffee
- Complete breakfast plates

🕰️Time Control Improvements
Time management has been updated to support breakfast preparation.
- Time is now frozen at 7 AM if the brasserie is closed, or if you close it yourself, allowing you to prepare your service.
- When loading a save between 7 AM and 7:59 AM, time will also remain frozen.
- Time only resumes when opening the brasserie using the new opening panel and will no longer freeze again before 10 PM.
🚪Reworked Opening System
The brasserie opening system has changed. It is no longer tied to the main door.
A new opening panel next to the entrance now controls the open or closed state of the restaurant.

📕New Prologue and Tutorials
The prologue has been simplified and made shorter.
All tutorial videos and texts have been fully rewritten.
Two red books have been added to help new and returning players:
- One on the ground floor bar
- One in the Bakery Workshop in the cellar
Interacting with these books displays helpful tutorials.

💡Additional Improvements and Changes
Quality of Life Improvements and Optimizations
- Smoother player movement in multiplayer thanks to reworked sprint and jump actions, greatly reducing visible latency
- The tablet now displays a clear summary of what customers want to order when a table is selected and the player is close enough
- Food quality now updates in real time when aiming at a dish
- Tablet dishes are now sorted alphabetically and include a button to switch sorting order from A to Z or Z to A
- Multiple materials have been optimized, including glass and building materials
- Clients will no longer be seated on the terrace between 11 PM and 6 AM
- New video settings added: brightness, contrast, gamma and more
- New "Latest News" section added to the main menu
- The player now respawns automatically if falling under the map
- Improved lighting in the brasserie and in the cellar
- Improved the smart ingredient ordering system. Ingredients now have a weight based on how often they appear in the active menus, which increases the number of ingredient boxes added during smart ordering. The final quantity can vary between 1 and 3 boxes per ingredient.
- Added a parameter to reduce or increase customer influx, allowing values from 2× lower to 2× higher. This setting is applied on top of the selected difficulty.
- Increased the display distance of dish icons above customers’ heads to avoid them being occluded at close range when playing on Low settings.
Gameplay Changes
- Customers now order drinks at the same time as their dishes

Bug Fixes
- Fixed the wall plant that could not be moved after placement
- Fixed a bug where dishes in preparation could become stuck if the chef left the restaurant
- Fixed an issue where the delivery truck sometimes did not stop at the delivery point
- Added collision under the staircase and in front of the computer to prevent customers or employees from getting stuck there.
- Fixed multiple graphic settings issues affecting players using Custom settings without FSR or DLSS. Some options appeared incorrectly greyed out, and Screen Percentage behaved inconsistently. Screen Percentage is now available with standard anti-aliasing methods (not only TSR) and can be used to optimize performance. It remains locked when using DLSS or FSR. Two essential graphics options have also been added: Global Illumination and Reflections.
🎄Christmas Decorations
For the entire month of December, the brasserie features a warm Christmas atmosphere with decorations and snow.
The central fountain is temporarily removed for the festivities.
Any missions involving the fountain are disabled during this period and will reactivate after the holiday season.
