Changes started gold from 5,000 to 0 for better leveling and gameplay

Fixed enemy magic skills to allow them to fight.
Fixed adding Luna to crew, must replay mission to add her back if selected.
Fixed issues with episode 7 switch for the chain.
We couldn’t replicate a reported death error sound effect with certain enemies, if it pops up please report which enemy and what episode it was found in.
