You'll notice that Club Chests, Officer Chests, and Trading Posts are temporarily disabled. They will remain disabled until next week. We'll post an update to players when they have been enabled again.
For the trouble you've had to deal with today we're also granting 30 Dragon Coins to players who login between now and January 26 at 18:00:00 UTC. If your account is more than 7 days old, you'll also be able to claim a Golden Chaos Chest before that time.
Update 3 - 2:30 PM PST (10:30 PM UTC) - We're still working on steps to resolve the issue that prompted us to come offline. We'll post another update as soon as we have more info to share, or in 1 hour if the downtime continues.
Update 2 - 1:30 PM PST (9:30 PM UTC) - The team is still investigating the current issue so we can find the best possible path forward from here. This means the downtime will likely continue for some time. Expect updates every hour until we're back online, but there's still no estimate for when that might be.
We absolutely recognize how frustrating this will be and we're going to do our best to get this resolved as soon as possible and bring the game back online.
