- You can claim your gift via mail 10 minutes upon logging in every day during the event.
- For Patron players, a different gift is sent every day to the mail of the first character you log in with.

Disclaimer
- Daily Giftbox: 1 Day can only be used by characters at or above level 55.
- Certain timed items will disappear 1 day after they are sent to your mail (applicable item: Daily Giftbox: 1 Day)
- Event items sent via mail reset each day at 5:00 CET (03:00 PST).
- The sent items will stay with the character who obtained it. We will not move the item to another character for you.
- Patron-exclusive rewards change each day at 5:00 CET (03:00 PST) and past rewards will not be sent.
- All items obtained from the event cannot be restored.
