New Mechanics
- A new type of farming with fertilizers, as well as new resources such as carrots
- Added mining of underground shafts
- Added honey gathering with bees and hives
- Added collection of various alchemy ingredients in the Botany section
- Added the Easter Bunny, which can bring up to 7 eggs. Eggs contain random baby penguins, including Chaos and Divine
- Fishing now includes bait that increases efficiency
- Harvesting can now be limited by maximum per item type, not only per entire craft
- Implemented feather collection through Bony the Dragon, with a small chance to find a bull
- Ability to create: Steampunk Cart, Galley, and hatch the Easter Bunny from its egg
Getting Professions
The game now allows you to obtain professional penguins permanently. To do this, you need to find rare components in harvesting
- Coffee Seeds are obtained from logging. They are used to brew coffee.
- Red Clay can be obtained by rare red penguin children in expeditions, or by archaeological digs. It is used to craft clay dishes
- Fish Soup can be made from fish, seaweed, water, and clay dish
- Healing Salve can be made from juniper, seeds, green leaves, and ice. Juniper is obtained from logging or planting seeds
- Battery can be made by combining gold and diamond ore
Each type uses penguin children in crafting and can turn them into professional penguins
- Common penguin chick -> Coffee brewing -> Coffee Penguin
- Uncommon penguin chick -> Cooking Fish Soup -> Cook
- Rare penguin chick -> Firing Red Clay -> Blacksmith
- Epic penguin chick -> Brewing Healing Salve -> Doctor
- Legendary penguin chick -> Crafting Battery -> Engineer
Experience System Added
Some penguins now show a progress bar for experience. Once full, a random penguin will level up:
- Coffee Penguin -> Farmer
- Lumberjack -> Great Lumberjack
- Penguin with Glasses -> Great Penguin with Glasses
- Dazed Penguin -> Great Dazed Penguin
- Builder Penguin -> Great Builder Penguin
- Bee Penguin -> Great Bee Penguin
Balance Changes
- Harvesting send limit increased from 1,000 to 10,000
- Possibility to obtain the Great Ship Blueprint in Archaeological Digs
- Reduced chance of obtaining the Sage’s Book
- Reduced tool breakage rates and penguin mortality
- Increased efficiency of unique characters in harvesting
