From Humble Hip Hop Beginnings
My journey began in the vibrant world of hip hop, where I immersed myself in composing, beat making, writing, producing, and organizing events. From collaborating with graffiti artists to managing the logistics of performances, I found my voice and honed my ability to deliver what the crowd wanted. Spending countless hours in the studio and on set, I developed a love for the creative process and the thrill of live events. These experiences not only shaped my public speaking skills but also instilled in me a passion for understanding and meeting the needs of an audience.
To Becoming a Herald of Spring
True to my name, Borislav—meaning "Fighting for Glory"—I forged my own path in the gaming industry. Determined not to succumb to the 9-5 grind, I ventured into this creative field with a vision to lead and innovate. My surname, Vesnic, is derived from Vesna, the Slavic goddess heralding spring, symbolizing my resolve to break through Serbia's harsh economic winter. I was driven to create compelling stories and designs, working with talented individuals to bring about better opportunities and a brighter future.
Foremost a Host
As I delved deeper into the gaming industry, I made it a point to create genuine connections. Whether at events or casual meetups, I always aimed to foster meaningful relationships. My riverside cottage house became a hub for grilling, outdoor cooking, and memorable gatherings. Hosting these events allowed me to share my passion for hospitality, making friends and business partners feel welcomed and relaxed. A few shots of homemade Serbian rakia often helped even the toughest guests open up, creating a foundation of trust and camaraderie.
10 Years into the Industry
A decade into my career, I met three incredibly talented and ambitious friends who shared my passion for storytelling and RPG games. Contrary to the belief that you don't make many new friends after 35, we quickly bonded over our common goals. Recognizing a gap in the market for a standout RPG from the Balkans, we decided to join forces. We kept the name "Tricoman," which the guys originally coined, meaning "three game junkies." As the fourth member, I embraced this identity, and together, we set out to create something extraordinary.
