We skipped a number, because, like Windows 10, we did better than we expected. That gave us the right to over-increment.
Also, hitting 1.11 on 11.11 just seems close enough to right to actually be right. It's a good way to honor Skyrim's 14th Birthday. Because we, like the one who presses and releases the BUTTON (which is us), are finally awake.
