PRISONERS,
I hate hashtags at the best of times, but this nonesense of taking "Selfies" in your cell must stop. Firstly, I have no idea where you're getting the cameras from and when I find out - there will be hell to pay.
Secondly, if you see any prisoners taking so-called "Cellfies" - report them in this thread or on twitter. Just post the URL and I'll look into smiting the author with my new found shock baton.
Here's some examples of this, frankly, despicable behaviour:
