1.0.0.4 fix for gui & reticle visibilty tweaky

x gui issue
xx button collision gets offset incorrectly when not at 1920x1080
xx buttons scale weird at different resolutions
x making "no target" aiming reticle slightly more readable, added small white dots too it.
