I wanted to post a quick update on the game and our top concerns.
We are aware of the problem with rewards in the Team BR games, and have some changes we're testing. We can grant lost rewards as needed during the week from our log data.
We are investigating reports of server lag and invisible players. We have also added capacity to help with the recent influx of players, and are continuing to make adjustments to minimize the lag. As we adjust load, you may see individual servers go up and down briefly - they should only be unavailable for about 15 minutes.
We've seen some reports of being stuck on the loading screen. If the spinner freezes, it may halt for up to 30 seconds at the current server load levels before continuing to load. We are working on better loading status.
We are monitoring all social media over this weekend, so please provide as much details as you recall for any issues you encounter and we can see what can be adjusted or fixed to accommodate.
