Ver 1.09 Patch Notes
Bosses can now gain a state called 'Delay Resist' when using skills like 'Empower', 'Greater Empower', and other buffing skills, which reduces the effectiveness of player inflicted Delay unless dispelled.
The skill 'Ignition Burst' now properly consumes the 'Waymarker' state.
Cleaned up the translation in the Arts Learning Menu and in State Tooltips in battle when the language is set to Japanese.
A number of character tutorials didn't have their translations implemented. This is fixed.
I intended to hold this one back until I got a few more things done, but I noticed in a Japanese LP that some tutorials were untranslated. So welp, had to fix that quickly.
The rest will come at a later date, I suppose! I'm still waiting on a few things.
