Piecework Mode and Customisable Controls
This update introduces Piecework Mode, which will become available when starting a new game after reaching any ending once. In Piecework Mode, each workday ends after you interview 10 candidates, making it ideal for players who would like to progress through the game more quickly.
A friendly reminder: Piecework Mode has higher difficulty due to limitations on salary and subsidy. It may cause you to miss certain referral characters, which could leave your Interviewer in a tighter financial position.
We’ve also added customisable controls, which can be adjusted at any time from the Settings menu. Please note that shortcuts tied to purchasable in-game features will only become available after the corresponding feature has been purchased.

Added customisable shortcut controls. After purchasing a shortcut item, you can assign its button or key from the Settings menu. Please note that some controller buttons (LB, RB) cannot be assigned.
Added Piecework Mode. After completing the game once, this mode can be selected when starting a new game. Stages are untimed in Piecework Mode, and each workday ends after interviewing 10 candidates. 【Fixes】
Fixed an issue where selecting Return to Main Menu from the apartment while using a controller could cause the game to freeze.
Fixed an issue where white, blocky visual artefacts could sometimes appear when the Breakdown effect occurred on the interview screen. If you encounter this issue again after updating, please send us your save file through the feedback form so that we can investigate and fix it.
Fixed an issue where the player’s reply appeared blank in the Day 12 forum.
Fixed an issue where the sender name in some apartment emails was displayed as “None”.
Fixed an issue where the band poster did not display its Breakdown value description after being purchased.
Fixed an issue where the German and French apartment emails on Day 28 were displayed in English.
Text display Issue
If player see "UI_XXX" or "None" displayed on the game's main screen, please click the globe icon in the lower left corner to switch languages and restore normal text.
