Changes:
- Adding a house friend that is already a co-owner will now first remove him/her as co-owner.
- Adding a house co-owner that is already a friend will now first remove him/her as friend.
- Mining guidance buff now gives 300% outcome when mining.
Fixes:
- Fixed an issue when items moved straight from a player bag to a house chest would cause issues.
- Fixed an issue with house decorations not showing up on certain floors until another decoration was placed.
