Minor update on nightmare death ,UI audios and some hint

1 Death in nightmare: will only damage 50 energy in easy difficulty level, will damage certain amount in normal difficulty, not just drop 1 level and clear energy, hard mode didn't change
2 Some audio sounds when opening UI changed
3 All foods that can improve mood now have detailed hint, more foods can improve mood now, like soups
