Just to let everyone know that we are working day and night towards our upcoming v1.0 release! This release will include the finale of Chapter 3 and a brand new Chapter 4 that features a slightly different pace of gameplay. We can't spoil too much here but we'll share more details in the coming month. 🌱

🌌 What does v1.0 mean for Nekokami?
The v1.0 milestone means that the Nekokami experience has matured through the valuable feedback of our Early Access supporters. Planetary architects who desire a self-contained, complete experience can now safely jump in at the v1.0 launch! However, like most games on Steam, we will continue to update the game after release, so it’s not the end of our adventure!
🍄 Will there be a price adjustment?
Yes, there will be a slight price adjustment as planned. The v1.0 release will offer a gameplay of 50-60 hours of a full playthrough.
Steam has a unique procedure for Early Access game to adjust their launch price - we have to update the pricing to our v1.0 launch price ONE MONTH before the official v1.0 release date. Hence, on 10 Mar 2026, after the small discount available at the time of writing, we will adjust to our full launch price!
