Removed the floating hand that grabbed action cards from the top. It now appears only when you hover the Start Revolution card.
Multiplayer lobby: implemented a potential fix for the “can’t start game” issue. (Not tested yet).
Action cards now display both expenses and +income with icons. Previously only costs were shown.
