Discovered an issue with inactive clubs after testing the workshop database called "CUSTOM".
The "CUSTOM" database would fail at the start.
Inactive clubs as a result of whole competitions being removed using the editor would still try to be processed.
Inactive clubs and clubs that don't belong to a competition are now no longer processed.
The "CUSTOM" database will now run.
