Changes:
- Disabled "hide UI" button for players other than the one being prompted to discard a card (fixes related desync issue)
- The following themes had their files reencoded and should have their loop fixed: Hime, Hime (Moonlight), Nanako, Sumika, Tomomo (Sweet Eater)
