Fixes:
- Fixed voice actors for Haruka and Kanata being swapped in announcer selection.
- Prevented Terrorize from being drawn outside of Bring Down the Tank.
- Fixed Intellectual-Sounding Bluff softlocking Co-op matches whenever the effect does nothing.
- Fixed a bug causing the game to crash when using Haruka's special lines 4-6 & Kanata's special lines 1-3 on taunts.
- Added face sprites for Haruka and Kanata.
