v2.9.4: Performance optimization, removed splash screen, and more.

Removed the startup splash screen (the display of the Unity logo / "Honwaka Fuwafuwa" logo)
Additionally, removed internally unnecessary files and made other changes, reducing the overall build size (by roughly more than half).
No changes are expected to affect the game's behavior.
