All of us on the team here want to apologize for the delay in the official release date of Making History: The Great War. The game is extremely important to us, and the reality is that we just won’t officially release until we are satisfied that we’ve gotten the game to a place where it does what we’ve promised that it would do. We are close, so very close! But as is often the case with a strategy game such as TGW, it takes a lot of fine-tuning to balance the overall game to give players the best experience. There is a great deal of tweaking and adjusting going on right now, and changing one thing can have unintended consequences someplace else!
We continue to be grateful to the people who’ve been a part of the Steam Early Access community and the community on our own GHQ forums at making-history.com The bug reports, feedback and ideas you’ve shared have been invaluable. We figure the least we can do is give you a game that justifies the faith you’ve put in us. So hang in there as we continue down the final stretch!
