Hey, everyone! It's Ryan, creator of Wicked Seed.
Wicked Seed has launched and is now available!
It's been a long road filled with ups and down, but I'm very proud of what I've created and am really excited to share the full game with everybody.
I will have a pinned comment on the discussions section that will track any known issues. If you run into anything, posting in that thread will make it easier for me to ensure I'm able to track everything accurately.
Anything coming after launch?
Yes! I've been making good progress on the built in Randomizer game mode. I'm not able to give any timelines at the moment, as I want to make sure my immediate time is spent on addressing any issues players may run into, but as things settle I'll be able to give an update on when I think it'll be available.
I will be bringing back a new, updated demo that allows you to experience the first part of the game and be able to continue where you left off after you purchase the full game. Timing for that is unknown, but may coincide either with or close to the addition of Randomizer.
I would still really like to add localization for other languages so non-native English speakers can enjoy the game to its fullest. This will be looked at after Randomizer has been added.
As for beyond that, time will tell, but I have plenty of ideas as long as the demand is there. Any additional content such as costumes, game modes, areas, etc. will always be released as free updates.
One big final thank you to everyone who has shown interest in the game, shared it among their friends or talked about it online!
