Weapon Heat UI/Luminari Fix

Some Weapons are affected by its heat,keep shooting will greatly increase damage,now added Heat UI to those weapons.

Luminari is too noisy ,adjusted fire sound
Now its pellets is fewer,with higher damage,bigger blast radius

enemy Hp bar is changed
