Thank you all so much for jumping into Another Farm Roguelike: Rebirth! We’ve been thrilled (and a little overwhelmed) watching you build chaotic farms and break the economy in the most creative ways possible.
This first patch focuses on squashing some early bugs, balancing a few overgrown mechanics, and improving your overall (surviving) experience. It's just the beginning, more is coming soon.
🪴Here’s what’s new in this update:
Added selectable 2K and 4K resolution options.
Cactus price adjusted from 150–200 → now 25–50.
The Hungerless perk now properly appears as a selectable option for the Butcher class.
Zombie sound volume has been adjusted.
The game now auto-saves only at the end of the day — this is a temporary measure to reduce potential freezing, which has most likely been fixed, but the safeguard will remain until it's confirmed.
Various crashes related to save files have been fixed.
The Wizard's wand no longer disappears after loading a save.
Fixed inaccurate values in some quest descriptions — they now match actual in-game values.
The Seed Maker now correctly produces 10 seeds for Flax, Horsetail, Cotton, and Camellia.
The Pirate’s coin description now properly updates after loading a save.
Fixed multiple crashes caused by using certain items.
Fixed an issue where edges of the map would sometimes disappear after loading.
Updated Rent Thresholds:
Medium: 2500 | 40,000 → 2000 | 25,000
Hard: 2500 | 90,000 → 2500 | 70,000
Crazy: 3000 | 80,000 | 999,999 → 3000 | 80,000 | 700,000
