Hello Awesome People,

We’ve got an awesome update that comes with cool new features. We’ve made some changes to the Avatar Gallery and we’ve also added the Special Actions UI ^.^

Here is the complete Change log:

  • Launcher options saving fix.
  • Avatar Gallery rework:

    • Free-Form Retargeted (R avatar icon) and Animation Atomics Retargeted (A avatar icon) avatars are now accessible through a single avatar icon from the gallery. We've added a toggle from every avatar to switch from one method to the other.
    • Grouped avatars by DLCs
    • FaceRig base avatars are found in "FaceRig Avatars" category
    • Workshop and any custom avatars (added manually in PC_CustomData or avatars that users have modded) are found in "Workshop and Custom Avatars"
    • Sapurrrai and KaiserKitty avatars have been moved as skins for Machy
    • Santa without the hat avatar has been moved as skin for Santa
    • Fluffo Christmas Hat, Fluffo noGlasses, Fluffo shirt avatars have been moved as skins for Fluffo
    • Lady Katherine has been moved as skin for Cathy
    • Avatar groups are collapsible and sortable
    • New avatars added to current rooster will be marked with a special icon, to be more visible.

  • Added "disable Fade" option in movie export
  • Fixed karaoke .mp3 crash
  • Fixed kissy lips activation over unsure mouth expression
  • Added Special Actions UI to allow the users to control tongue, puffed cheeks, hands animations and other special animations. To activate it the "Show Custom Actions Panel" option should be activated (from the Advanced UI, open Avatars dialog, then go to Behaviour tab and toggle the "Show Custom Actions Panel" option.
  • Added cancel button for GIF exported.

    To switch to the nextversion branch, this is what you have to do:
    Open Steam Client. Go to Library -> Software
    Right mouse click on FaceRig -> Properties
    Go to BETAS tab, click in the "Select the beta you would like to opt into:" drop down, select "nextversion"
    Close window.
    The FaceRig program will update to the desired branch.
