FaceRig v1.637 - patch for recent issues on all branches

Awesome people,

We've just pushed a small update to fix the recent issues some of you encountered.

Change log

Hooked Keys option wasn't saved at application exit. Issue fixed.

Retargeting audio based lipsync issue fix.

Toggling off tracking will also toggle lipsync off (fixed GUI issue).
