If that doesn't work we'll try to get you a refund. We're looking into that now.
If you were in the beta, be sure to right-click on Murder Miners in your Steam library, go to properties, betas, and opt out of all beta programs to make sure you can play with everyone else.
Also, invites don't work right now. To workaround you'll need to use the max players option (and just boot people if they come in before your friends come in).
