Bug fixes
- Fixed bug where score wasn't reset after selecting a level.
- Fixed speed of cars after selecting a level.
Additions
- Power-ups now only appear behind cars, not in front of them.
- Points are now awarded for collecting power-ups.
- Turtles now swim side to side.
