- Removed hlw_city16 until it is finished (sorry guys, it wasn't meant to be released this update in the first place), if you're interested though, you could download the SVN and try there
Known issues:
- Tutorial needs adjustments. Since rebel soldier requires a munitions depot, the soldier is unavailable.
- A flashy, shiny ERROR inside the Combine bunker.
