Guys we are aware of the bug, and working on it.
There is a couple of questions that can help us fix it quicker.
1) does it happen when you launch your old saves?
2) does it happen in the starting location when you're leaving it?
3) does it happen irregularly when you travel through the world?
Update. The problem has been found, the fix will be released in a few hours.
Update 2 OK, we almost there,another few bugs have been fixed, double checking the build
